Each vehicle in your fleet has tracked due dates for MOT expiry, PMI interval, and tachograph calibration. Dates are populated from job card data as inspections are completed — no manual entry required.
The compliance dashboard shows red, amber, and green counts for your fleet at a glance. Overdue vehicles surface immediately. No filtering, no pivot tables — the RAG status is the first thing you see when you open the portal.
OPERATOR PORTAL
Fleet operators log in to a read-only portal scoped by their operator licence. You see your vehicles, your inspection records, and your compliance status — nothing else.
All submitted checklists linked to your vehicles are visible in the portal. Full inspection detail including item responses, evidence photos, and the signed PDF certificate.
Operators get their own login. They do not need access to the workshop's job management system. The portal is a clean, read-only compliance view — nothing more.
LOLER & COSHH
Track lifting equipment with serial number, rated capacity, last examination date, and next examination due date. Examination intervals are configurable. Equipment approaching or past examination due date is flagged in the list view.
Document hazardous substances with WEL values in ppm and mg/m³, hazard classification, exposure route, required PPE, health surveillance requirements, and SDS document reference. Every substance your team handles, formally recorded.
